This is the second time I ordered from Olive Bloom because the first arrangement was beautiful. I ordered this arrangement for my partner for V Day and there were a couple of issues with the freshness/appearance of the flowers and the delivery driver left the arrangement down in the lobby and didn't deliver it to the front door. I called Maria and she was a pleasure to speak with and super apologetic that my experience had been less than satisfactory. She was more than willing to fix the issue and sent a replacement arrangement that looked amazing and my partner loved it. I would buy from Olive Bloom again.
